The discussion will include how to go about customer retention and understanding your customer's pain points as well as the constraints from your business perspective to be able to achieve a balance between the two -- and thereby achieve better customer retention. At the end of the presentation, there will be a hands-on exercise where attendees will work on answering a few thought-provoking questions to develop a customer retention strategy for their business.
